Outreach Emails

Following are the emails we can send:

• Registration abandonment—sent to those who started their registration but never finished
• Onsite non-verified—sent to those in driving distance who registered but didn’t attend the first day of the event
• Previous attendee – sent to those who registered for the past event; contains a URL that will take them to this year’s registration page, pre-populating their registration data from the last event
• Exhibitors not yet registered – sent to the key contacts of exhibiting companies that have yet to register any booth personnel
• Registration/Housing comparison – sent to those that booked housing but haven’t yet registered for the event
• Express badge pickup – sent to each registrant who didn’t receive a badge (if applicable); contains a bar code that when scanned, will print their badge instantly
• Expo only session promotion – sent to those who have registered for expo only; promotes sessions and allows them to upgrade their registration
